As the EU pushes for a more circular economy, companies are expected to rethink how products are made, used, cared for, and valued. Sneakers are a powerful lens: they are everywhere, yet notoriously difficult to repair or recycle. At Footwear Care Lab, we help organizations explore these challenges through action. Our workshops take people away from their desks and screens, and into hands-on experiences, cleaning and repairing their own sneakers. By doing, participants not only learn practical care skills, but also discover how repair can shift mindsets and inspire new ways of approaching problems.
